About the role: Service Assistant
As Service Assistant you are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve Domino machine issues at our customers site.
You shall be responsible for on- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.
About you:
Proven track record of success for at least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance/service of production equipment.
Coupled with high drive, determination, and resilience, you will have demonstrable experience in providing compelling solutions for the needs of customers. You will need to be an organised, independent individual with knowledge and experience in applying your technical acumen to solve machine problems with a customer centric approach.
Education
Diploma/Graduate with Degree in Engineering/ BSc (maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from reputed college.
