Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare Invoices and track and followup on Invoice Ageing
- Reconciliation of the business transactions with banks
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual filings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience as an Accountant
- Education – B.Com / M.Com
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
