Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Data entry associate to collect data from various web sources, particularly data pertaining to the US market, and enter it into our electronic storage system for analysis and data management.
Key responsibilities:
Gathering, Collating and preparing documents as needed
Complete all assigned data entry requests and tasks within required time frames while maintaining a high level of quality
Maintain accurate, up to date and usable information in our systems
Storing data in an organized manner to optimize future retrieval
Update customer information as required in a spreadsheet
To handle queries relating to data entry in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Proven experience as a data entry specialist
Good command of English both oral and verbal and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
Good typing skills are Vital
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel & Word)
