Required Skills:

Experience in handling of both IT and Non-IT skills

Experience in end-to-end recruitment is mandatory.

Experience in advance keyword search, job posting, mass mailing in various job portals is mandatory.

Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Expertise in sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates with skillsets such as Web Developers, SEO analyst, Social Media Marketers, Business Analyst, Content Writers, Web Server Administrators, IT Admins, Graphic Designers, BDE for international voice process, Account Managers, BDMetc..for both IT & Non-IT requirements.

Hands on experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power point) is mandatory.

Good at leaderships skills.

Expertise in handling a team of 5 –10 recruiters.

Work as an IC role and Monitor, Measure and Deliver results of your team.

Should have a sound knowledge of various portals.

Performing background and reference checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
