IBM Hiring for Application Architect: SAP Basis at Bangalore, India Full Time

Introduction

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design applications which may run on multiple platforms and may be composed of multiple software packages.

• You are responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the applications, and maintains the functional interface to the application infrastructure.

• You need to support complex project in areas of performance optimzation, high availability and scalability of the applications, and deep skill in latest SAP product Domains

• Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Expert in handling Basis.

• Proven knowledge of any unix flavour.

• Should have knowledge of R/3 Basis and Netweaver ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) Stack.

• Experience handling at least mid-sized SAP installations.

• Experience in backup/Restore

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Scheduling jobs in production.

• Critical issues Handling Maintaining Availability systems.

• DI(Digital Intermediate) creation and Handling.
