Full Job Description
Real Time Updating of Software e.g Elogisol, RMS & YMS
Maintain ICD Records of all Export and Import Documents
Maintainer & Update EXIM MIS Report to all stockholders
Communication with customer of container movement e.g Arrival & Departure of container Notice
Supervise and manage the supervisory group into efficient and effective goal target setting for all planning and operation staff
Implementation of SOP at ground level
Daily planning and analysis of operational activities
Operational Training/Safety Training development
Implementation of safety procedure and work culture
Efficient inter department coordination.
Use SWA when see any unsafe act, encourage downline staff to follow the same to build DPW standard safety culture. Discuss about take time take charge in TBTs.
Monitoring staff (including contract staff) working hours, daily TBTs with them, Clarify & supervise their work (SOP)
To comply with all the standards related to Health, Safety and Environment system as per DP World standards
