Maintaining proper records on maintenance, inventory, consumption etc.
Maintain the store stock and error free record & Carryout Perpetual Inventory.
Create Stock codes for Stock items in Stores.
Reorder consumable /spares items in Stores.
Co-ordinate with Head of Engineering for budgeting.
Carry out monthly stock reconciliations.
Carry out store’s audits.
Carry out engineering scrap disposal through authorized vendor.
