Job Description

1.Take patients history as per the protocol. Update all the registers and maintain patients records.2.Give injections, IV lines for the patients. Assist all the OPD procedures. Update to billing department and ensure accurate billing is done.3.Review patients’ files on daily basis. Follow up patients as per the treatment protocol. 4. Crosscheck drop off patients registers and make follow up call. Share all the updates with nurse in-charge for further follow up.5.Review patients’ files on daily basis. Make Day 2 – Day 3 calls and update to Front Office.6.Ensure OPD room and Scan rooms are kept neatly and arranged properly for effective running of OPD. Ensure scan machines are maintained well and are switched on before OPD.7.Assist OPD, take vitals, temperature and pulse. Keep the patient file for OPD before the doctor comes. Assist doctors in writing scan findings, copy prescription and explain the medicine to patients. 8.Update all the scan report and submit to Balika and PCPNDT periodically. Ensure proper documentation of all the reports. 9.Co-ordinate with Physician and Andrologist for their opinion and inform doctor and IP In-charge. Share the details with Front Office and IP Counselling team for further follow up with patientsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR8,086.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
