Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing fee structure fee software of different programs.
- Fee recovery from late fee students
- On- time fee deposition in the bank (Cash, Cheques, DDs)
- Refined calculation and processing of left out students.
- Managing all accounting transactions.
- Preparing and filling TDS return and GST returns.
- Making and issuing employee salaries on a monthly basis.
- Handle monthly, quarterly & annual closings.
- Monthly Audit reports have to be kept up to date.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office & Tally Software.
- Preparing payments to vendors and other day-to-day office tasks
- Cash reconciliation with accounts and bank.
- Handling some assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Understanding and Preparing the MIS.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
