Dr. Oetker India Hiring for Executive – Digital Marketing (m/f/d) at Delhi, India Full Time

We are Dr. Oetker India. Since our beginnings, under the brand FunFoods, we are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces bringing a taste of Europe to the Indian consumers. Recently we have introduced our range of moist ready to eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies.

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic digital marketeer to join our team. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic and conversion for our online platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy and extending it across all our platforms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, including but not limited to paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing etc.
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, targeting, and audience segmentation based on data insights
• Develop and lead conversion centric and TV+ campaigns for key categories and products across Google, DV360, Oracle, Zapr, etc.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Responsible for day-to-day marketplace activities like aligning on plans, reviewing campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spends, developing/adapting content etc.
• Work on SEO optimization

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2-3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research, ad creation and optimization, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A passion for food and the F&B industry.
• Bonus if experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
