We are Dr. Oetker India. Since our beginnings, under the brand FunFoods, we are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces bringing a taste of Europe to the Indian consumers. Additionally, we have a range of moist ready to eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies.

We are looking for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity to join our Marketing team for our category of Mayonnaise, Spreads & Condiments

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the team, you will help in:

• Supporting the marketing roadmap
• Assisting in product development aligned with business goals
• Conducting primary and secondary market research
• Developing product concepts and working with cross-functional teams
• Executing marketing plans and improving processes
• Coordinating product launches, campaigns, and agencies
• Creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital
• Managing budgets with cost efficiency
• Collaborating with teams for smooth execution

WHAT YOU BRING

• Postgraduate with minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG
• Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights and new product development
• ‘Get the job done’ mindset
• Out of the box thinking
• High initiative and ownership
• Creativity, passion, flexibility & persistence
• Effective communication, presentation and MS office skills
• A love for food
