Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers & ensuring a high degree of Customer Service.
- To schedule appointments of clients with dermatologists and align therapists accordingly
- To ensure smooth run of floor and coordinating well with the team
- To handle billing, manage offers & discounts, handling cash
- To coordinate with accounts & sales team
- To prepare daily & monthly sales reports
- Also, to do any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in a Skin / Weight Management Clinic / reputed chain of clinics / hospital
- Good communication skills
- Presentable & highly groomed
- Preference will be given to candidates from Skin Care Clinics like VLCC, Kaya, Clinic Dermatech
