Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers & ensuring a high degree of Customer Service.
• To schedule appointments of clients with dermatologists and align therapists accordingly
• To ensure smooth run of floor and coordinating well with the team
• To handle billing, manage offers & discounts, handling cash
• To coordinate with accounts & sales team
• To prepare daily & monthly sales reports
• Also, to do any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience working in a Skin / Weight Management Clinic / reputed chain of clinics / hospital
• Good communication skills
• Presentable & highly groomed
• Preference will be given to candidates from Skin Care Clinics like VLCC, Kaya, Clinic Dermatech
