Missions:
Management and Strategy:
Believe and convey the visions and objectives of the Dräxlmaier company to its employees.
Communicate the objectives of the product to employees.

Participate in the definition and application of the necessary work instructions for the section.
Solve difficulties and prevent hierarchy in case of complications
Staff management :
Continuous assessment of the skills of the group working under its responsibility.
Define with your team a training program.
Undertake individual interviews according to the annual schedule.
Control and follow up of the tasks of the heads of posts.
Involve employees working under his / her responsibility to analyze deviations and to propose and apply corrective measures.
Conduct periodic meetings and mention tasks to be done and deadlines for completion in minutes.
Ensure discipline, order and cleanliness.
Management of conflicts between the staff under his responsibility
Quality production:
Guarantee the production programs according to the established planning and management of the “Tagescheibe” priority order
Ensure smooth KSK launches and technical and BGA changes.
Determine the staffing requirement based on production capacity.
Monitor and monitor production and quality indicators.
Check the identification of accessories and modules.
Weekly and monthly quality report review and corrective action when indicators are exceeded.
Ensure good management of external and internal complaints in collaboration with the quality department.
Visualization and transmission of external and internal complaints to line managers.
Maintain, classify and identify any technical or other document that relates to the section
Analysis and Corrective Action:
Treatment of corrective actions in case of exceeding one of the objectives of the quality, production and cost indicators.
Analyze and team up the corrective measures of external and internal complaints.
Profile:
Specialized knowledge / education:
University Diploma / BAC +3
Knowledge in the electrical field
Named SQL
SBS
Production objectives: Quality, ZG1, 5S and Cost
IPST Masq
Work experience:
Good knowledge and practice of the office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint …)
2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
English /French
Additional knowledge:
German language

FMEA / PLP
German
Know the environmental policy.
Active participation in the reduction of environmental costs such as,
energy consumption, water, paper, copper …
Commitment to operational control over waste sorting,
control of environmental aspects and response to emergencies

Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established.
Ensure that resources for occupational health and safety are available.
Ensure and promote continuous improvement.
