We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager (Male) to be responsible for the overall store management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Additional store manager duties as needed.

Requirements and skills

• Confident Male – 30 – 50 years of age
• 3 years of experience in Sales
• 1 year of experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computing Skill
• Language – Hindi, Marathi, English

Salary 3,50,000 & above ( Performance based increment)

Timing 10 am to 9 pm, Tuesday to Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹350,000.00 per year
