Job Description:
Our Customer Refunds Executive plays a crucial part in the mission to deliver timely, accurate refunds against the customer’s account and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.

What will you be doing…

• Provide help and advice to customers using DrinkPrime’s protocols or services;
• Communicate courteously with customers and handle refund enquiries from customers vis call, email and chat
• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
• Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery, finance, etc) for effective and fast issue resolution
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Used Microsoft excel sheet daily to post all transactions, refunds, and issues.
• Process all incoming refund requests upon validation of outstanding credits on accounts

What we need in you…

• 0-1 year of experience in basic accounting and customer-facing role
• Excellent written & spoken English communication skills
• Experience in working on ticketing tools like – Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.
• Experienced in inbound/outbound Calls & Emails
• Skills required in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹285,000.00 per year
