Skills:

• Must have Skills: Workday Core Compensation – 2 yrs. Experience

• Workday Support is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Workday as system of record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects

• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration

• Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules d: Set up compensation plans and roll out to employees

Technical Experience:

• Configuring and supporting Compensation global rollouts

• Setting up market data, primary comp basis, severance and termination payouts

• Workday security domains and maintaining security on business processes

• Setting up advanced comp plans like Merit, Bonus and Stock

• Compensation Participation rules, Compensation Grid, Metrics and Scorecards

• Running year-end merit cycles

• Experience in creating custom reports

• Added advantage – having payroll knowledge

Other Skills:

• Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization

• Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
