Must have Skills: Workday Core Compensation – 2 yrs. Experience
Workday Support is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Workday as system of record.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules d: Set up compensation plans and roll out to employees
Technical Experience:
Configuring and supporting Compensation global rollouts
Setting up market data, primary comp basis, severance and termination payouts
Workday security domains and maintaining security on business processes
Setting up advanced comp plans like Merit, Bonus and Stock
Compensation Participation rules, Compensation Grid, Metrics and Scorecards
Running year-end merit cycles
Experience in creating custom reports
Added advantage – having payroll knowledge
Other Skills:
Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization
Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
