Full Job Description
A Student Success Associate primarily focuses on providing support and services to our students during their attempts at the Civil Services.
What are your responsibilities?
- Handle inbound and outbound calls of students.
- Identify the need of the student, ensure tickets are generated for resolution.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the student.
- Submit timely reports to management the grievances and suggestions of the students.
- Ensure you follow the student support framework provided by the company for uniformity.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
Who are we looking for?
- A dynamic personality with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and target achieving skills.
- Need to be a graduate with proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience with customer service and call centres (Edtech is desirable).
- Background in competitive examinations (desirable).
- Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and target achieving skills.
