Job Summary:
The Human Resource Operations Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The HR Operations Executive works closely with other HR professionals to ensure that the company’s HR policies and procedures are consistent with best practices and aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
