Prefer industry – Automobile Industry

Exp: 2+ years from the same industry

Location – Uttar Pradesh

Job Description:

· Need to schedule and arrange appointment with the customers

· Create Job Order

· Co-ordinate between the customer & workshop

· Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with Workshop

· Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery

· Vehicle on time delivery and billing to customer

· Planning of Existing and new customer acquisition

· planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction

· Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management

· Process implementation for cost control
