Purpose of the job
The Digital capability and change Lead is part of the Global Digital Services (GdS) unit. He/she will report directly to the Cluster Mananer Digital Capability & Change. The purpose of the job is to enable the realization of the full business value of the digital Transformation @speed by driving wide adoption of our global and regional digital solutions and by developing and scaling digital essential capabilities supporting this transformation
Focus will first be on DNA and the Digital function itself, but ultimately our scope is all employees
The person will work closely together with the Tribe owners, Tribe leads, Product owners, but also communication specialists within and outside of GdS and any other stakeholders impacted by the digital transformation program.

Job Context
Group digital Services (GdS) is one of the key support function within DSM. It provides end-to-end digital service to the various Business Groups and corporate departments of DSM. GdS supports big digital transformation projects such as DNA ( Digital Nutrition Acceleration) . The DNA Program brings together the Nutrition strategy with the latest digital trends in order to make the Nutrition business future proof. To do this effectively and with high speed, the Agile Spotify model will be used. 9 Tribes have been established which represent the key areas of DSM’s Nutrition’s business, such as Marketing and Sales , Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Innovation , P&O
In this context, the role of the Digital capability, Change and adoption lead is to increase the chance of success of the digital initiatives that will be implement by the digital transformation program by providing professional and situational change and communication practices to the stakeholders.
The Digital transformation program will have an impact on approximately almost all employees globally, also on several customers and suppliers of DSM, therefore a proper change and communication support is vital for a successful digital transformation.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

• Driving wide adoption of global & regional digital solution thru proper change, coms, adoption practices.
• Upskilling and coaching Leaders (tribe leads, Product owner , Scrum leads,…) in good change coms and adoption practices
• Developing digital capabilities supporting the different digital solutions as well as the digital transformation in total
• Partnering with the different DSM functions ( M&S, Procurement, SC,…) on the Future Workforce and the path to go there.

Knowledge and educational level

• Master’s degree in either Change management, Communication, Business management
• PMP as well as Agile (Scrum master) certified
• Organizational development studies
• Consultancy/coaching studies or experience
• Teaching studies or experience
• Latest presentation techniques

Required level of experiences and behaviors

Experience:

• 10+ years of working experience in an international business with various roles to be able to understand the dynamics of the business
• Extensive knowledge and experience in business processes (M&S, Manufacturing /supply chain / innovation) as well as the functional processes (IT, HR, Finance, Purchasing and Service Management)
• 10+ years of experience working with senior executives, navigating across complex stakeholder groups
• 10+ years of experience in various project management positions (PMP, LSS, Agile)
• Experience in leading complex business and/or culture transformations
• Experience in a digitally loaded environment
• Experience in working with Agile (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking)
• Very good understanding of the latest technology developments
• Experience in leading without direct reports
• Experience in working in complex, ambiguous and changing environments
• Experience in inspiring people in a physical but also remote settings
• Experience in designing change interventions and facilitating change
• Proven track record in using communication means to drive change
• Proven track record in introducing and driving adoption of technology
• Proven capability to make complexity simple to understand
• Proven capability to steer communities, inspire others
• Proven capability to create and tell narratives connecting the dots of the digital journey
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages is a plus
