Job Description

• Work with Customers to understand their requirements and bridge with CTO architects and engineering via discussions to refine them for productization in existing or new applications of Media Server
• Assist and guide sales in managing and growing existing accounts or designing new engagements/POCs with customers

• Perform competitive deep dive analyses
• Requirement Management for existing and new customers
• Product Capacity Dimensioning and Quote Tool management
• Work with Engineering to define performance testing and configuration benchmarking for different platforms and product form factors, work with IT to implement tools for customer and sales dimensioning, costing, and quoting.
• Help define platform requirements (cloud, microservices, and other SW infrastructure) and priorities from customers, roadmap and drive them for media server applications.

• Perform market analysis, competition analysis and support PLM team to review Product strategy annually
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source data and technology for new products/services and enhancements
• Track and analyze the portfolio’s performance versus the business targets, informing key stakeholders and recommending actions needed to meet the goals

Core Qualifications: Overall 5+ years of experience with background on the following public/private cloud infrastructures, Media Servers for mobile (4G / 5G) voice and video and WebRTC multimedia, including 1-2 years in a technical product management role. Experience in extended reality / immersive media, IMS Core are nice to have.

• Strong technical foundation to document requirements and participate in Agile project activities as the business line leader
• Knowledge of wireless and wireline network architecture and elements, as well as specific commercial product lines in the networking industry
• Understanding of software, hardware, and systems, including understanding of servers and storage systems as well as virtualization and cloud computing architectures
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and influence cross functional team

• Strong organization skill and be able to multi-task, handle changing priorities, and meet aggressive customer schedules and requirements.
• BS required. MS or MBA preferred.
