Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandling, 1) Escalation Calls from frontline team Extracting the reports and flashing to the branches Motivating the team members 2) Checking team performance on daily basis by updating to team members as well 3)Barging the calls 4)Taking escalations queries from customers , seriners and team Supporting the subordinates to close the queriesInteraction with internal team over pan india 5) Giving information to branches in any urgent queries 6)Arranging pick ups Team MeetingsCross verifying the lost cases
