Roles & Responsibilities: 100% Grade A quality On Time Delivery from FWH to Store Build Supplier Landscape Strengthen Assortment (FR/Quality) Build Market Procurement Build Procurement Leverage in City Setup QC and day-to-day vendor management 90% availability and backend Fill Rate Skills Required: Effective Analytical, Communications & Excel skills are a must. Should have experience in managing a large team. 5-6 Years in the FMCG sector, Experience in supply chain Overall should have managed warehousing planning, Distribution & logistic operations of leading organizations Drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others in an effort to reduce shrink. Ability to analyze various business scenarios and recommend prompt actions for exponentially expanding business Implemented lean process and innovative technology solutions to improve automation and productivity. 4+ years of experience in establishing and managing multiple and technologically enhanced high-end warehouse & logistic operations. Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Warehouse & Logistic Management.
