Job Description

Sales & Senior Sales Consultant – Real Estate Consulting

• Builds and maintains relations with the potential customers for the Residential Real Estate category as well as the Developers Sales Team.

• Keeps abreast with the latest market happenings through internal communications and primary research

• Meets the potential customers and helps them shortlist the appropriate properties through organized presentations and verbal communication

• Helps the customers with documentation for loan processing, registration, etc

• Accompanies the potential customers to the shortlisted sites and helps them structure and negotiate a deal

Consultant- Direct Closing / Channel Partner Closing

• Builds and maintains relations with the Channel Partners for the Residential Real Estate sales

• Keeps abreast with the latest market happenings through internal communications and primary research

• Interacting with all the customers who visit the project through digital marketing/ channel partners and ensuring to get the closure done.

• Coordinate with the Sourcing Team and Digital Marketing Team to ensure maximum walk-ins for the project

• Activating new Channel Partners and driving sales through them

• Helps the customers with documentation for loan processing, registration, etc

• Achieves the monthly and quarterly targets decided mutually with the Senior Management
