Essential Job Functions

Supports routine activities of a functional area or of department account leads to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems, and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand
Assists in administrative responsibilities such as entering information into databases and producing simple statistical reports and presentations.
Enters information on account-specific service problems and distributes prioritized work requests.
Distributes communications between lines of service (LOS) and clients to ensure that the integration of new, enhanced and existing service offerings meets client specifications.
Gathers and enters quality assurance information in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service. Produces reports necessary to indicate areas of improvement.
May conduct product inspections to ensure established quality guidelines are adhered to.

Responsibilities

Answer contacts promptly and professionally
Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
Resolve a high percentage of customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
Manage end-to-end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers’ on-call status
Complete follow-on actions as appropriate
Invoke Escalation Procedures within defined time frames
Adhere to Policies & Procedures
Work to achieve individual and team goals
Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
Observe strict compliance to licensing, copyright, and trademark legislation
Accomplish other duties as required
High Technical skillsets & Hands-on technical support experience
Ability to manage commitments to customers, managers, etc.
Work for Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts.
