The Salesforce Administrator will work collaboratively across the organization, making it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce platform, and staying up to date on the platforms new tools, capabilities, features and updates. A successful candidate will be a creative problem solver and a skilled multi tasker.
Key Responsibilities:
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules etc.
Required maintenance of Salesforce Platform as needed, troubleshooting and problem-solving
Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process
Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
Sandbox/Staging environment management
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Identify unused, or underutilized, platform features across all departments
Create a platform roadmap with defined priorities
Communicate changes and updates across the organization for all users
Create and implement best practices for data management to improve data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
Provide user support, monitor and improve user adoption across the organization, and ongoing training for all users (new/existing)
Ability to work with multiple applications/systems, and coordinate integration with
Registration databases and outside parties (CDS, Swapcard, Intacct, Hubspot, Quorum)
Bulk updating/uploading of records in Salesforce using Workbench
Serve as liaison with contractors and consultants for outsourced IT Projects (i.e. RSM)
Key Requirements:
Strong Salesforce product knowledge and familiarity, minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce
Administration and hands-on experience with Salesforce Enterprise Edition
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Workflow Automation, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
