• Create and maintain product catalog/listing and make sure all content is up to date, also manage and ensure all product details.
• Coordination with various Market Places, Customers Manage individual and bulk listings updating product Data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discount.
• Should be Capable of doing parent/child variation listings.
• Handling Customer Care (Calls & email)
• Promotional Activities (Lightning Deals, Deal of the Day, etc) of products during online events
• Monitor channel inventory.
• Respond to all emails that are received on the customer care account and keep track of the closure status for each communication
• Respond to buyer-seller messages and resolve issues if any in collaboration with the respective teams
• SEO Continually review and optimize search and positioning strategies to significantly grow relevance for key SKUs through in-depth keyword research

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 50 per week

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
