Responsibilities Researching and evaluating potential packaging vendors. Ensuring stock availability and placing orders as and when required. Handle import PO and supporting import custom clear, supporting all import goods related compliance documents application and submit Familiar with logistic & its related supplier, supporting E-commerce logistic develop &cost maintenance Comparing the prices of different vendors for gaining maximum ROI. Negotiating contracts on reasonable terms for pricing and supply. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Issuing purchase reports including the cost analysis. Resolving shipments in error with suppliers. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends. Should work with the team members, managers, and supervisors to formulate purchasing policies, plans, and procedures. Should be able to collaborate with the financial team members to set the required budgets. Visit local dealers on a regular basis to peruse new inventory and maintain positive working relationships with those vendors. Staying up to date with the latest market and industry trends.
