E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2) is looking for a highly skilled full stack developer to join our offshore team in India as a technical senior lead with focus on backend, middleware and systems architecture to build complex scalable applications with a modern approach to code reusability and efficiency. Our technology product encompasses a variety of software products and solutions on oil and gas, utilities, construction, transportation, infrastructure and other.
Specific product areas would include project management and field data collection platforms, procurement, supply chain and eCommerce solution, data management and analytics, technology, supply chain and logistics services and other solutions as needed by the customers.

This position will be contracted through our local agency in India.
Work with Product and Software Engineering managers and contribute to overall system design, architecture, security, scalability, reliability and performance of applications.
Identify, scope and architect solutions for new features while applying sound technical judgement that considers tech stack, impact on systems, cost factors and time constrains while learning new technologies and frameworks.
Provide peer review, quality assurance support and mentoring to mid-level and junior engineers to ensure code output quality and enforcing best-practices and technology decisions.
Use strong written and oral communication skills to inform of project-level development statuses, issues, risks and concerns to technical leadership and management.
Be a scrum and agile leader within the team by using Jira to maintain proper sprint planning, documentation of requirements and tracking of deliverables.
Several years of professional experience in design, development & testing full stack applications in React/Angular or other similar technologies of a complex ERP or web product solution.
Strong experience in modern software architectural principles and patterns (REST, domain-driven design, microservices, etc) and GraphQL.
Strong knowledge of relational database architectures and NoSQL/JSON based datastores.
Solid knowledge of DevOps CI/CD workflows and pipeline automation.
Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, Node.JS, and Python.
Experience within the AWS environment including Lambda, containerization of code using Docker, ECS, and Fargate.
Experience working in an environment subject to ISO 270001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and best practices.
Background in statically typed languages and OOP principles in C# or Java.
Exposure with mobile development in React Native, Ionic or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with modern testing practices and test driven development.
Desired Qualifications
Hasura, AppSync, GraphQL backend environments.
Experience with OAuth and SSO integration.
Middleware experience like Superset, Elasticsearch, ELK Framework, etc.
Experience with APM implementations (DataDog, AppOptics, New Relic).
Experience with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type 2 certifications or auditing.
