Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Secretary to join our team. As a Corporate Secretary, you will be responsible for a wide range of Secretarial matters, ensuring compliance and efficient administration for our clients. Your role will involve handling various tasks related to company incorporation, dissolutions, changes in objectives, registered office, annual compliance forms, and changes in share capital.Responsibilities:Prepare and submit various forms pertaining to company incorporation, dissolutions, change in objectives, registered office, annual compliance forms, and changes in share capital.Utilize specialised software for the annual filing of companies in XBRL format.Handle all corporate law and Secretarial-related matters, including conducting meetings, drafting minutes, notices, agendas for Board and General Meetings, and addressing other Secretarial issues.Stay updated with the latest rules and procedures and ensure compliance for our clients and their group companies.Prepare minutes, agendas, and notices for Board Meetings and maintain resolutions and other registers.Draft resolutions and handle matters requiring appearances before the Ministry and Registrar of Companies and their offices on a regular basis.Liaise effectively with various departments, authorities, and banks.Carry out certification work for various companies and provide detailed Search Reports to banks and financial institutions regularly.Stay abreast of new and upcoming areas of laws and adapt to the changes brought about by the incorporation of the new Companies Act.Embrace opportunities and overcome challenges presented by the evolving working environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Corporate Secretary or similar role.Strong knowledge of company Secretarial practices, corporate law, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in using specialized software for Secretarial tasks, including XBRL format.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations and working environments.Professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.Join our team as a Corporate Secretary and contribute to our clients’ success by ensuring efficient Secretarial operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Job Type: Full-time
