Job Description for Administration AssistanceJob Responsibilities: Coordination with the HR BP Premises Manager for ad-hoc requirementsVendor , Inventory Management- Arranging and overlooking all maintenance work at the officeTravel Management – Responsible for the entire travel booking right from ticket/hotel/transportation bookings, Local transport arrangement, visa processing, currency arrangement etc. for the Management & Guests as well as for office staff based on their grade and eligibility.Asset management: Asset RecordEvent Management- Co-ordination and end to end management of Office events within HR dept.Must be familiar with various markets for procurement.Job Location: GurgaonRequired Candidate ProfileKey Requirements: Qualification: Any GraduateExperience: 2+ yrsCompensation Offered: INR 3 to 3.6 lac per annumMust have excellent knowledge in MS OfficeGood verbal & written skills required in English & HindiJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Infocity – 1 , Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
