Job Details Description Requirements 4+ to 8+ years of experience of working in the domain of Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, Inventory optimization, Sales & Operations Planning or Supply Planning Having a prior experience on any SCM applications like JDA Demand or i2 SCP/MIO/O9/SAP APO DP or SAP SNP applications is an advantage Good design skills (customer-facing), able to challenge a design Basic to intermediate knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL Good communication skills Ability to convert the business requirements into technical specs for the technical team Team player, able to adopt to processes and best practices, able to manage expectations Self-motivated, willing to taking ownership Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Supply chain certification like CSCP, CPIM will be added advantage Min Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in any of the Engineering or Operations streams with relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning Applications Responsibilities Collaborate with the customer to gather and define business requirements, business definitions including technical and solution footprint Deliver best solutions to drive maximum value for customers on both application and technical front Coordinate with the leads during design, config phases of the project Coordinate with other team members for cross application design across multiple supply chain functions Analyzing data, identifying process/systems issues, forming hypotheses and solution approaches Produce clear and accurate solution design documentation and data requirements for the technical team Ability to understand the business requirements and draw parallels while configuring the application Ability to clearly communicate the working of applications to the customer and keep continuous and clear communication with the customer during various phases of the project
