Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive at E3 Hardware in Amritsar, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality hardware products, building materials, and related solutions to retailers, contractors, and end consumers. Your key role is to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business in the region.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
• Identify potential customers in the Amritsar region including retail stores, contractors, architects, and builders.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, convert inquiries into orders.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide excellent post-sale customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
Market Research and Reporting:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the hardware and building materials industry.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
• Report sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:
• Acquire deep knowledge of E3 Hardware’s product range.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers when required.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
• Participate in the planning and execution of promotional activities, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions.
