Eaton Corporation Hiring for Analyst SCM Resilience at PUNE, India Full Time

Job Summary

This position will be based in Eaton’s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune.

The person in this position will be responsible collect, analyze and report the SCM Resiliency project progress. Collaborate with various teams (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Should cost and sourcing teams) to ensure requirements are captured and reported in the required business format. Work cohesively with other SCM Resilience team members for documenation and reporting requirements.

1. Business Projects Reporting and Documentation –

   a. Co-ordinate with all SCM Resilience team members and maintain records for creation of Power BI dashboards

   b. Own accuracy and integrity of the data being reported for projects

   c. Support in integration of reporting with digital ecosystem for stakeholder consumption

   d. Create Power BI dashboards for reporting

   e. Create detailed SOPs for all the reports – record all reporting logics and assumptions

   f. Setup archival mechanism and maintain the records for fiancial reporting

   g. Maintain compliance as per QMS standards and lead QMS activities for the team

   h. Monitor reporting and artifacts management through the mailbox and calls hosted

   i. Identify automation opportunities and use continuous improvement tools to drive productivity for self and team

   j. Own data integrity on digital ecosystem of reports and support to host consistent data across multiple systems

2. Technical Competencies & Service Delivery Requirements –

   a. 5-6 years of working experience in supply chain / manufacturing industries will be required along with minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Reporting

   b. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio) for analytics and presentation

   c. Working knowledge in Power BI and understanding of Python will be added advantage

   d. Strong Analytical ability to be able to break down of data sets into meaningful interpretations

   e. Good communications skills to understand the requirements quickly and able to represent data in as per business need

   f. Learner: Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required

   Qualifications

Qualifications:

Masters/Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

6-8 years of working experience in manufacturing industries / similar industry will be required where there has been exposure to Project Management activities and business reporting.

• Power BI understanding

• Excellent Business Communication – Verbal & Written

• Understanding of reporting and data integrity

• ERP knowledge / working of ERP’s like SAP/Oracle

• Power BI certification

• Interpersonal skills – Able to work in a global environment and with stakeholders located in different regions of the world

• Excellent Eye for detail: The person needs to have the observatory skills to identify the problem in the most accurate manner and articulate the observations.
