Eaton Corporation Hiring for Lead Analyst – SIOP at Pune, India Full Time

What you’ll do:

The SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) Lead Analyst will be a key driver of the Global SIOP Revamp Program. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with Program Management backgrount to join our SIOP program team. The candidate will partner with business divisions to understand the current ERP and other applications portfolio, map available data sources, and collaborate with the Business divisional SIOP team to ensure data availability and alignment with standard templates. The candidate would be instrumental in deployment of SIOP program for various devisions at Eaton.This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in end-to-end SIOP process

“Partner with Business Divisions:

Understand the current ERP, Kinaxis and other applications portfolio.

Gain insights into the current IBP network and hierarchies.

Data Mapping and Collaboration:

Map available data sources for each division to template components.

Collaborate regularly with the Business divisional SIOP team to understand data availability in line with data fields in standard templates.

Data Template Management:

Assist business units in understanding standard data templates and data requirements.

Define interim and long-term data sources for each division.

Work with the divisional SIOP team for data migration.

Template Validation and Finalization:

Validate the templates with business divisions and make necessary overrides/changes.

Finalize SIOP templates in alliance with business divisions.

Data Migration and SOP Preparation:

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) for the data migration process for respective business divisions.

Handover finalized template data migration inputs and tasks to analysts for execution.

Oversee monthly data conversion processes.

Coordination and Reporting:

Coordinate with the Supply Chain Analytics team for BI reports development.ion.”

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

“• 10 to 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with SIOP processes and methodologies.

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.”

•Strong understanding of SIOP process.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

•Proficiency in data mapping and migration processes.

•Experience with BI tools and report development is a plus

•Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint. •Understanding and working knowledge of Kinaxis is a added advatage”
