Job Responsibilities :

The Scrum Master will be a member of the Brightlayer Industrial Team and play a role in this work by driving the delivery of the product releases and facilitating the related agile processes. This is rapidly growing area of the business and we are looking the right individual to lead the scrum teams.

• Drives Continuous Improvement activities to improve collaboration, communication and efficiency in addition to reducing operational waste

• Coaches the team on Agile Principles and ensures accountability

• Facilitates all scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives

• Keeps the team focused on deliverables by working with team manager to remove impediments

• Contributes to a positive, productive, fun, and inclusive team environment

• Identifies purposeful metrics and measures team progress

• Works closely with Product Owner to assist with various project administrative functions

• Assists team as a junior designer through different aspects of design process including user research, sketching, storyboarding, prototyping

• Work closely with other designers and developers to guide the product from inception through delivery.

This is a hands-on position and the successful candidate will have responsibilities supporting multiple product teams, adopters and contractors.

Qualifications

Requirement :

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering from accredited institution

CSM certified professional

Preferred: Experince in scaled agile

Required:

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience

•10+ years of experience working directly with Agile teams on complex projects across departments with minimum 3 years of experience as software scrum master for system/enterprise applications

•Cerified Scrum Master

•Ability to lead enterprise-wide programs and interact effectively with multiple teams in organization across different geographies

•Strong tactical, strategic thinking, problem solving skills, and leadership

•Able to achieve big picture objectives while paying attention to the details

•Experience working with teams developing Digital Solutions

•Composed in stressful situations and flexible to change

•Proficient facilitator who builds collaborative teams

•Active Listener, open-minded, and objective

•Builds Trust/Partnerships with all stakeholders

•Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

•Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and their impacts on the feasibility of design solutions.

•The ability to grasp complex and sometimes diverse customer needs and distill them into clean, understandable solutions.

•In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Strong presentation skills.

•Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
