Job Description

Job Responsibilities 1. Develop, deploy and monitor Tail Spend Management Project Globally and Middle Spend Category Strategy execution for ES America’s. 2. Manage the program/project, provide technical guidance and mentoring as necessary. 3. Ensure projects meet their financial goals by converting the savings identified through rigorous follow up with the Category Managers and supporting them proactively on their needs 4. Lead & manage a team of category managers/data analyst and Project implementation team 5. Monitor market evolution; perform market intelligence research with respect to latest trends 6. Support team with project management tools and techniques. Give Proactive Alerts to program manager and project team for Critical Paths and risk mitigation 7. Establish robust process to reflect the One Eaton One SCM policy across all business and categories & continuously improves the process to bring down the standard time and turnaround time 8. Ensures compliance on GO GREEN initiative and feeds Global Procurement SharePoint with key category related metrics according to expectations. 9. Identify, establish, monitor and control all the necessary metrics to have complete process rigor 10. Should get the Continuous rigor in the team and the processes 11. Establish robust capability monitoring mechanism for all the critical process and product parameters. 12. Communicates with the Supply Chain teams globally regarding opportunities in alignment with commodity strategies 13. Participate in risks assessment and risk management along with the project teams comprising global SCM leaders and commodity managers 14. Lead governance meetings with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance to SLAs & enhance customer satisfaction 15. Handle team dynamics by keeping the team motivated & connected; Fair performance evaluation through Strong feedback mechanism 16. Identify and deploy right training and up-skilling measures for the team 17. Handle and train the team to work with Global customers 18. Good exposure to data analytics, process automations, macros, etc.,

Qualifications

Essential Qualification

• Education level required Bachelor’s in Engineering OR Masters in Engg and MBA Supply Chain
• Years and area of experience required 10-15 years in Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement)
• Technical knowledge Certification-Any certification in supply management like CPSM, CSM is preferred
• Expereince in managing team / Team Managemetn.
