Ebix Payment Services Pvt Ltd Hiring for HR & Admin Require for Telecom-Transmission at Sikandarābād Full Time

• Closure of vacancies by competent manpower as per the SLA of 45 days. Keeping back up of 5 resumes for each critical positions for T F.
• Sharing of relevant resumes to Plant Head monthly basis as per the existing vacancies. Compulsory one day HR induction to all new Joinees at the day of Joining.
• Coordinate with Ho Team for opening of saving bank account of all employees, issuing of Identity Cards and E-mail of all relevant employees within 10 days of joining of employees at Factory. Maintain Record of Training Attendance, Photographs and Training Content of Every training.
• Managing the attendance of TF and SF of ON Roll and Casuals Staff for salary preparation.
• Maintain 100 % Personal Files of Each Casual and Contractual Employee with ESIC & PF Data.
• Ensure Off roll staff / Retainers/ Consultants are being treated as per on roll employees and ensure they are being engaged, happy & paid as per the agreement and invoice. Ensure their grievances are addressed as per the SLA of on roll employees.
• Ensure 100 % Documentation of On Roll Employees as per Prescribed Format at TF
• Responsible for Uploading of Daily Attendance of on Roll Staff in ERP and Casual in prescribed Format in Excel and sent to define addressee on Daily Basis
• Dispatch of Absconding Letters for AB marked after continuous absenteeism of 7 days.
• Maintaining the sanction vacancy tracker in salary sheet including casual labor staff of factory.
• Manage Deduction of Debit Notes and Advance of Casual Employees in Salary.
• Ensure Submission of Annual Return Form 21 under Factory Act by 15 Feb of Every Year. Ensure Submission of Half Yearly Return Form 22 under Factory Act by 15 July and 15 Jan for Previous Year in Every Year. Maintained all forms comes under Factory Act
• Ensuring Test Certificate of chain Pully, Pressure vessels, Cranes, Hoists and Power Press Machine by Half yearly under Rule 56 of factories act to be obtained the report on form no. 9 by competent authority approved by the Director of factories.
• Ensure Renewal of factory license & submit the application on form no. 4-B to ADF Bulandshahr for renewal every year by 31st Oct. Ensure Submission of Annual Return of Hazardous Waste in Form 4 by 30th June of every Year.
• Ensure Renewal of Consent of Air & Water Pollution every Year, Consent Application / NOC for Pollution (Air & Water) by 31st Dec in every 2nd Succeeding year.
• Ensure Testing of Weighing Machines in TF by Weight & Measurement Act compliance & certificates in Form 8 by due date every year.
• Ensure monthly Audit of Fire Extinguishers, and Refilling of Empty fire Extinguishers.
• Filling of Form 12 Muster Roll (Attendance Register), Form 14 (Leave Register)on Monthly Basis.
• Filling of Register of Over-Time, Register of Advances, Register of Fines, Register of Damages, Health Register & National Holiday Register under Factories Act 1948.
• Maintain Accident Register and maintenance of tracker F-HR 6:2 : 004: 10 for Case History, Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Action.
• Responsible for Liasoning with HO for Appraisal form generation, confirmation of Casual Employee, salary adjustment/ promotions/ relocation / termination.
• Ensure EHS Awareness and Safety Training on Every 2nd Saturday and Feedback Training of Every 3rd Saturday.
• Ensure Fire Mock Drill in Every Six Monthly and Record data with attendance and photographs.
• Responsibility of One point Contact Resource of HR Dept. to ensure all grievances/ complains to be sorted in coordination with concerned Departments. Entertaining all the HR Helpdesk calls and providing resolution to everyone on instant basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
