Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities:Consulting and coordinating with the employer/manager to identify the need andrequirements of the resources/new candidates.Conducting hiring process, which includes preparing job descriptions, job postings,reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks, etc.Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.Conducting recruitment interviews and screening them as per the requirements andputting them on record accordingly.Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, workingconditions, promotion opportunities, etc.Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions,and termination.Explaining & maintaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards tonew and existing employees.Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints, enquiries,grievances and harassment allegations.Preparing and processing monthly payrolls and related activities including full and finalsettlements in a timely manner.Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance asper the requirement.Desired Skills, Qualities & Experience:Prior industry experience of 1 to 3 years in BFSI/IT sector will be preferred. Additionalexperience will be an add-on.Knowledge and experience in compensation, recruitment, organization development,employee engagement.Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolveprograms in a timely manner.Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in aresourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work properly.Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, andmust be able to improve performance through management feedback.Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.Must possess strong interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging startup environment.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shift
