Job Description
Identify new Markets, cities regions within the defined territory.
Identify and appoint new partners in the territory, while ensuring the norms are followed for such appointments.
Identify potential enterprise government and academia business in the territory. And close such deals directly.
Research and build prospect data.
Provide quality support for existing and new channel partners and customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding EC- Councils reputation at all times, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and supporting the partners.
Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for all EC-Council’s training, Certification segments within Region.
Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to the end customers.
Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
Efficiently manages the regional partners and support them to help them gain more market business
Identify the big corporates, training houses, educational, academic and Government bodies in the
region and extend EC- Councils products to them
Manage the team to ensure productivity and assure time management to support sales in the region
Run Presentations and visit partners to extend Support
Run Joint promotional activities with partners to boost sales
Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and
future growth of regional sales and profitability
Work on special Marketing and Branding projects for the region as assigned.
Report business status through formats and frequency defined by the reporting manager
Must be able to do remote sales. Sales via – phone calls/e-meetings
Must be willing to make 60 + calls/e-meetings/discussions per day.
Must be flexible on Work timings, since it will be as per the business hours of territory assigned.
Education and Experience:
MBA or technical graduate degree preferred.
3-10 years of experience in sales with 3-5 in channel sales in training/education industry
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
Accent neutral and fluent in English
Exposure to international sales asia, saarc Africa is desired
Understanding technologies and cyber-security market trend will help
