JOB DESCRIPTION
ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
JOB TITLE: Audit & Compliance Executive
JOB HOLDER
DEPARTMENT: Certification
REPORTING TO: Certification Audit & Compliance Manager
SUMMARY OF JOB ROLE AND FUNCTIONS
1. Managing all audit processes related to the certification division as per the surveillance policy
o CRA/ COA audits
o ETC/ Proctor audits
o Exam performance audits
o Certification data audits o Member audits
o Application audits
2. Managing all audits related to the certification process such as:
o Exam data processing o Approving ECE credits
o Membership fee processing o Special Report accuracy
o Exam upload request completion o Exam maintenance
o Regularity of SC meetings
o Eligibility and Retake exam application processing o Special accommodation and appeal handling o Voucher extension and upgrade processing
3. Presenting audit reports to the certification operations team as per the agreed timeline and following up on the closure.
4. Suggesting improvements in audit processes from time to time
5. Submitting and creating reports as requested by the Accreditation officer that helps comply with the ANSI/ ISO 17024
standard.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor/Masters Degree in Education.
Experience Level: At least 2 years experience in Education /Certification/ Legal/Audit Administration, Legal / Online Research
background is an added advantage.
Required skills:
(i) Has leadership and decisiveness ability
(ii) Advance competency in organizational skills and eye for details
(iii) Basic understanding of a certification body and academic set up
(iv) Has good comprehension and analytical thinking.
(v) Fluently in written and spoken English.
Other necessary skills:
Basic knowledge in IT Security certification and /or ANSI / ISO 17024 standard, Administration or any audit background may be beneficial.
