Manage full sets of account and reports for US entities.

Being able to work and communicate with, US accounts team, US sales team and Operation teams directly to deliver the requested jobs.

Responsible for conducting routine ledger scrutiny.

Responsible to run payroll with ADP.

Working on A/P

Able to close monthly accounts and prepare financial reports like P&L and BS.

Technically sound across various areas of finance including taxation and sales tax ( Federal and state )

Drive timeliness, accuracy, and compliance of financial reporting for both internal management purposes and corporate reporting

Supports internal and external auditors and own coordination of action plans where audit procedures identify areas of potential risk or control weakness

Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.

Properly and timely customers Billing as per given contracts or instruction by reporting managers

Preparation of financial statements -Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash flow statements.

Knowledge transfer among team and motivation of team

Reconciling control accounts

Reconciliation of credit card

Preparing management reports

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant / CPA .

Having experience in QuickBooks enterprise with expert level

Knowledge in MS Excel & Word and internet communication

Experience preferred (2-4 years)
