Job Description
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure identification of the business and communication needs of his/her assigned portfolio of customers
To develop his/her account management team to use appropriate sales and service channels and resources to meet and satisfy those needs in a manner that is consistently profitable for Aware P&L.
To coach his/her management team to sell quality security awareness based solutions to an assigned portfolio of customers.
To achieve the sales, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction & loyalty targets attributed to customers within assigned portfolio.
To work with the communication specialists from other related business and support units to assist with the development of solutions and delivery of presentations & proposals to customers.
JOB ACTIVITIES
Develop, lead and coach an account management team capable of meeting the assigned objectives in a manner consistent with Aware programs.
Manage staff resource issues within his/her account management team through recruitment, selection and training.
Contribute to the development and execution of customer and portfolio plans that identify and address their needs and business opportunities.
Contribute to the development and execution of the programs in areas of portfolio planning, design and management, market penetration, sales forecasting and competitive analysis.
Contribute to the development and retention of customers.
Contribute to the development and retention of Aware’s position and presence in the marketplace.
Manage the development and use of sales forecasts and target setting.
