Job Responsibilities:
Lead large Infra projects, including the design and deployment of new IT Infra systems and services

Define next gen IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs

Lead implementation and augmentation of BCP & DR as per the organizational needs

Experience with framing policies, processes and procedures for IT Infrastructure

Maintain and manage all existing IT infrastructure including hardware, Office 365, OS Windows, Linux etc

IT networks, storage, data centre, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, Aws), end points etc

Monitor performance of information technology systems to drive cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving & standardization of the IT infrastructure

Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and office automation software

Hands on experience with troubleshooting hardware and office automation software issues related to internal IT and also aligning as well as implementing the ISO 27001 & ISMS guidelines

Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively

Management reporting and dashboards for predictability & performance

Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.

Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.

Prepare budgets for both operations as well as for new initiatives

Ensure completeness of documentation

Required Skill Set:
Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services.

Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange, AD, DNS, End Point etc.

Proficient in Managing AWS and Azure Cloud Infrastructures

Management and leadership skills.

Ability to work in global environments with teams spread globally

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: 10,00,000 – 15,00,000 P.A.
