Roles and Responsibilities
Be able to research current cybersecurity trends
Be able to explain technical specifications/USPs of our cybersecurity training/certification programs to BTB and BTC clients/customers
Be able to analyze market demands in cybersecurity and provide feedback to the product team
Be able to communicate complex technical concepts and project information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Serve as the technical expert for the cybersecurity training program
Provide insight into cybersecurity industry trends and offer recommendations/assists in the future direction for the cybersecurity program development.
Contribute to presales activities for cybersecurity program/training
Assist the product team in understanding the cybersecurity training requirements
Identify, Build, and manage Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Advisory boards.
Communicate and coordinate with different stakeholders/partners.
Coordinate meetings and managing calendars.
Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
Able to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Run, on a day to day basis, and engage members on cybersecurity advisory communities
Build and scale-up membership of cybersecurity advisory communities
Build an understanding of the cybersecurity advisory communities by gathering insights, analyzing and identifying trends within existing conversation threads
Monitor and design the interaction and engagement plan for cybersecurity SMEs, Advisory board members, industry experts, etc.
Be the voice of the brand, participate in discussions, engage with community members, listen to them, navigate questions, and navigate conflict
Produce feedback/sentiment reports from clients/consumers for cross-functional consumption
Present key insights and recommendations from customer feedback to PMs in the organization
Taking session and reaching out to people
Social media content and outreach
