Job Title- Senior Recruiter – Sales

Location – Remote

About the role

You will be responsible to hunt & recruit a wide range of personnel required by the company & manage end to end recruitment of internal positions. By recruiting the best talent for us, you will make a significant contribution to the company’s growth.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelors/PG in Human Resources and/or Social Sciences in the related field.
• At least 7-9 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (IC role) in IT & Non-IT hiring, domestic & International positions.
• Experience in Sales hiring – B2B/B2C is a must
• Flexibility to work overlapping hours with teams located in different time zones.
• Experience with online networking tools, such as LinkedIn, social media and experience conducting searches on recruitment databases as required.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fluid team environment with all levels of staff in all units of the company.
• Computer literacy, database affinity; experience using ATS, and
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
