: We’re looking for an SEO Manager who would be responsible for leading the entire SEO initiatives and strategies. The primary goal for this position is to maximize organic search traffic for our website by improving the SERP rank of relevant keywords. We are looking for a self-starter and goal-oriented team player with Go-getter attitude. Incumbent shall be able to multi-task. he must have 2+ years of relevant experience and should be able to identify issues and work towards proactive resolution.Key responsibilities: Developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies and initiatives for company owned websites, Research, analyse and benchmark against competitor performance Create and maintain SEO performance dashboard to provide visibility for respective pages On-page and off-page optimization, Performing keyword research and analysis for better ranking, Drive traffic by achieving top rankings in organic search results and creating/managing PPC and CPC campaigns Generating XML sitemap and submit it in major search engines, Performing data analysis through Web Analytics tool and identifying areas for improvement, Analyze analytics reports and produce relevant reports for the management, Research, understand, and stay up-to-date on the latest search engine algorithms, rules, techniques and trends, Be able to think outside the box, have excellent attention to detail and a real passion for marketing Problem solver with determination Optimize various web site components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, internal linking, site map, etc., Directories Submission, Articles, Blogs, Forums, Link building Improve site architecture by collaborating with marketing, content development, technical and creative teams to ensure SEO, Collaborate with the content team to optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing,Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and relevant implementation experience of minimum 2 years in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics Extensive understanding of the search engine industry, best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies and the ability to communicate these to management teams Clear Concept of Site Map Design (HTML, XML) & Submission in Search Engine Should have excellent knowledge in generating traffic to the website and maintaining the website on top position on search engines. Perspective of Content marketing through owned and earned media to drive relevant traffic to websites Strong SEO Fundamentals and should be an expert in On Page and Off Page optimization techniques Understanding of Link building/PR optimization/Directory submissions/Article submissions. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Understanding of web analytics and the ability to derive meaningful insights for the creation of organic search strategies Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven work environment Ability to analyze metric data and convey recommendations appropriately to supervisors. Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Effective Analytical skills Ability to anticipate or quickly react to the ever-changing landscape of search algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends, practice, and social triggers. Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functionsSkills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strong hands-on experience of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google KW Planner, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, etc) Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments Extensive working knowledge, deployment, trouble-shooting reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, GDS Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration High-level proficiency in MS Office suite including MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sourcesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR300,000.00 – INR500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
