Edelman is looking for Account Managers – Public Relations with experience working on Corporate / Enterprise Technology clientele
Job Role:
- Assume client management responsibility and address all problems/issues/risks on the client account.
- Set priorities and manage a team of employees in executing projects.
- Provide technical inputs, analyze & conceptualize solutions, prepare reports & presentations.
- Effectively communicate with clients and take charge of client meetings.
- Identify and keep seniors appraised of opportunities to market services and generate visibility by participating in seminars, etc.
- Generate ideas for transactions in terms of best practices, new techniques for executing jobs, and be aware of key issues in negotiations.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relations.
- Be a coach and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employees’ grievances on work-related issues and support recruitment and performance review of AE’s.
- Responsible for functional training on the job and employee retention.
- Keep abreast of new developments in the marketing and public relations space.
- Build a good network with peers and professionals in the field.
- Contribute to project team discussions.
- Follow up for collections.
- Supervise the work of the team in the execution of assignments to meet time schedules and quality standards.
