Job Summary: The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering large amounts of data into the company’s computer systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately entering data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets

Verifying the accuracy of entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data as necessary

Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records

Keeping up-to-date with system and process changes

Ensuring data confidentiality and security

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets

Responding to requests for information and access to data

Communicating with team members and departments as needed

Keeping up-to-date with new software and technology used for data entry purposes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role

Fast and accurate typing skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry software

Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,831.61 – ₹32,735.20 per month
