Roles and Responsibilities:

• Student Management: Taking the student queries over the call and briefing them about our course offerings (via calls) and maintaining call records as well; Handling support requests of the students via calls and emails;
• Content Management: Handling the backend activities: Uploading of the content made on a day to-day basis; Updating them on all the social media platforms; editing videos using various software; Keeping a backup of all the study material on a day-to-day basis;
• Coordinating mock interviews, Toppers Interview with the selected students and maintaining a record of the same;
• Working on MS Office on a daily basis.

Qualifications: Any graduation

Years of Experience: 1+ years

• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Basic Knowledge of Computers, Good Typing Speed, Decent knowledge of the social media platforms.
• A Quick learner and a good teammate.

Shift timings: Day Job; Full Time

Week Offs: Rotational

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
